Rise as One AAU Basketball Program is located in Sparta, New Jersey, we serve Sussex County, Morris County, and Bergen County. At Rise as One, we believe that basketball is more than just a game – it’s a team sport meant to be played with teamwork, discipline, and determination. Regardless of the player’s skill level being beginner, intermediate, or advanced we are looking for youth players with a passion for the game and who are willing to learn. Rise as One basketball teams play different levels of competition that are best suited for their ability level.

The foundation of our program is highly qualified coaches. This is the first key to the development of players. All of our coaches have extensive basketball experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to develop players. We believe each and every player that if coached properly can get better. RA1 offers year-round basketball training and competition and has a proven track record of developing talent.
